*These undershirts are a polyester/rayon/spandex. Since there is no cotton, these should not shrink. Be sure to wash on a normal cycle and tumble dry low or hang dry. There is a lot of stretch in these fabrics so some women are able to wear their same size throughout their whole pregnancy.
*For maternity, choose your size based on your measurements compared to the size chart above. The amount of stretch in our unique fabric will enable you to wear this size throughout all or most of your pregnancy. As your Blush becomes too snug for your growing belly simply order the next size up.
*The sizes listed above should cover most women of all size and shape whether pregnant, nursing or neither.
